Director of E-commerce & Digital Trade

We are looking for an executive leader to architect and scale our global digital commerce operations.

In this role, you will hold end-to-end P&L accountability, steer high-scale performance marketing, and leverage advanced data architecture to drive aggressive top and bottom-line growth.

What you will lead:

• Global Strategy & Vision: Own the e-commerce roadmap and digital trade expansion across global markets.
• Full P&L Ownership: Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasting, and revenue growth with strict margin discipline.
• Data & Growth Architecture: Direct advanced BI, multi-touch attribution, CAC/LTV optimization, and unit economics.
• Traffic & Acquisition: Steer enterprise-scale performance marketing, SEO, and tier-one agency partnerships.
• Tech Modernization: Drive modern e-commerce platforms, composable stacks, and AI-driven automation.
• Leadership: Build, mentor, and align cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, operations, and supply chain.

What we are looking for:

• 7–10+ years in e-commerce/digital trade, with 4+ years in senior executive roles managing a significant P&L.
• Proven track record of scaling digital commerce to high revenue milestones.
• Deep mastery of financial modeling, BI systems, and enterprise growth engines.
• Exceptional executive presence with experience influencing at the C-level and board level.
