Ready to own international D2C e-commerce with full P&L?
A leading global beauty company with a premium brand is hiring a Director of International Websites. This is the #2 role in the E-commerce department, reporting to the VP, owning revenue, profitability and customer experience across Shopify stores in 12 international markets.

What you'll do:
- Own the international D2C P&L, business plan and forecasts per market
- Oversee all Shopify stores: localization, pricing, payments and compliance
- Own the commercial plan: launches, assortment, promotions and inventory
- Lead the funnel, CRO, CRM and retention
- Lead paid media, SEO and AI discoverability
- Manage 6 direct reports and external agencies
- Report KPIs and align with IT, ops, finance and marketing

Must have:
- 8+ years in e-commerce / D2C, incl. 3+ years managing a team with P&L accountability
- Multi-market D2C P&L ownership (ideally 7+ international markets, Europe preferred)
- Deep hands-on Shopify experience, incl. multi-store / multi-market setups
- Proven track record in performance marketing, CRO and lifecycle marketing
- Experience leading in-house teams and external agencies
- Fluency with GA4 and Shopify analytics
- Excellent English

Nice to have:
- Shopify Plus
- Background in beauty, personal care or premium consumer brands
- International SEO and AI discoverability
- Experience in a global company with local market teams
