Fleet Administrator (10325)

Bynet Data Communications is looking for a Fleet Administrator to manage our nationwide fleet of approximately 650 leased vehicles, implement the organization's vehicle policy, and provide service and support to company employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the organization's fleet operations and ensure the implementation of the company vehicle policy.
• Support employees eligible for a company car throughout the vehicle selection and ordering process, including providing guidance, placing orders with leasing companies, and tracking delivery.
• Maintain ongoing communication with leasing companies, fleet operations teams, and internal stakeholders to handle requests efficiently and improve employee service.
• Handle complex service issues and escalate them to the relevant parties when necessary.
• Handle accident reports and traffic fines in coordination with employees and the Human Resources department.
• Process invoices and perform controls on vehicle orders, vehicle replacements, fuel consumption, and ongoing reports.
• Manage employee parking facilities and parking arrangements across the organization.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with vehicle importers and suppliers, including coordinating vehicle showcase days and presentations of new models and industry innovations.
• Identify and promote opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce fleet operating costs.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the automotive industry – must.
• Experience working with leasing companies, suppliers, and service providers – an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage tasks through to completion.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, reports, and invoices.
• Financial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings.

A Traffic Safety Officer certification is not required for this position.
