Development Team Lead

An exciting opportunity to lead a development team as part of a strategic project to rebuild and modernize an advanced financial platform using cloud-based and modern technologies, with AI tools integrated throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development team, including task allocation, mentoring, and Code Reviews.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of AI tools and AI SDLC processes within the team.
• Lead technical architecture planning and implementation of advanced solutions.
• Ensure delivery commitments, development quality, and resolution of Production issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, driving initiatives end-to-end.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Full Stack development experience with .NET (C#) and React, with a strong Backend focus.
• 3+ years of experience managing a development team.
• Experience working in a large enterprise organization and with complex Enterprise systems.
• Hands-on, daily experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, including implementing them within a development team.
• Experience in the financial sector: banking, payments, or credit cards.
• Experience with software architecture, APIs, integrations, Cloud, and CI/CD.

Advantage: Experience modernizing Legacy systems and integrating with Mainframe environments.
