FP&A Analyst – Student position

We are looking for a sharp and passionate FP&A Analyst to join our young and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting, validating, and analyzing financial data.
Participate in variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs and insights for budgeting and forecasting.
Assist in the development of financial models to aid in scenario planning and decision-making.
Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials for senior management and stakeholders.
Assist in ad-hoc financial analyses and projects as assigned by senior analysts or managers.
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases and records.

Requirements:

At least 1 year left before graduation a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Work availability of at least 3 shifts a week - Must
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Solid understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude toward tackling new challenges.
Prior experience in finance or accounting is a plus, but not required.
