Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Derivatives & Risk Operations Analyst for a full-time, on-site position in Tel Aviv District, Israel.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop deep expertise in financial derivatives, sophisticated hedging strategies, and dynamic risk management, while working with real financial exposures of major Israeli corporations and international businesses.

Prior derivatives expertise is not required. We provide extensive hands-on training over the first several months. We welcome both talented graduates and experienced professionals with a passion for financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade processing, position monitoring, and risk operations.

• Derivatives pricing, financial analysis, and exposure calculations.

• Building and maintaining sophisticated Excel financial models.

• Supporting the execution and ongoing management of dynamic hedging strategies.

• Analyzing market developments and their impact on clients' exposures.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Excel proficiency is essential: complex formulas, advanced financial modeling, and data analysis.

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Management.

• Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Genuine interest in financial markets, trading, and derivatives.

• High accuracy, attention to detail, and personal responsibility.

• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.

• Intellectual curiosity, fast learning ability, and motivation for professional growth.

• Experience in capital markets, trading, treasury, risk management, or derivatives.

• Python programming skills (even basic knowledge), VBA, or Bloomberg experience.
