Located in the Central District directly accessible via primary transit arteries (Israel Railways, Light Rail, and express commuter hubs), operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as an AI Engineering Team Lead, heading the 0-to-1 establishment, hiring, and technical leadership of a newly formed AI squad (4–6 engineers) reporting to an Engineering Group Lead.
• Taking complete end-to-end technical and architectural ownership over the company’s core AI platform, ML/LLM infrastructure, and developer toolchains.
• Driving high-impact hands-on development in the initial phase while actively hiring, structuring, and mentoring the incoming engineering team.
• Evaluating, selecting, and architecting advanced AI technologies, model serving frameworks, and foundational model integrations tailored for enterprise-grade production scale.
• Designing and implementing scalable, fault-tolerant Backend and AI platform architectures in high-throughput Production environments.
• Establishing engineering best practices for quality, model reliability, latency, observability, and data security.
• Collaborating cross-functionally across Core R&D, Security Research, and Product squads to integrate intelligent AI capabilities seamlessly into the broader cybersecurity platform.

Requirements-

• 2 years of proven engineering leadership experience managing a squad of software engineers – Mandatory
• Extensive, up-to-date hands-on development experience with a strong commitment to remaining technically active and hands-on – Mandatory
• Proven background in Backend Engineering, Infrastructure, or AI Platform development – Mandatory
• Deep, practical hands-on experience integrating and operationalizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI technologies – Mandatory
• Strong, verified track record in System Design and Architecture for complex, highly scalable distributed platforms in Production – Mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and interface smoothly across multi-disciplinary stakeholders – Mandatory
• Full fluency in English (written and verbal), capable of leading technical discussions and documentation – Mandatory
