We are recruiting an AI Development Team Leader for a defense company located in central Israel
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing an AI development team while maintaining hands-on development involvement
- Designing the architecture of AI solutions based on LLM and RAG
- Developing and implementing AI Agents
- Providing technological guidance and support to development teams across the organization
- Conducting Code Reviews and implementing advanced working methodologies in a classified environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience in software development, including 2 years of experience in AI/ML development and team leadership experience
- Experience developing in Python and TypeScript or an equivalent programming language
- Experience designing AI architecture and working with LLM APIs, RAG, Vector DB and Agent Frameworks
- Experience working with MLOps/LLMOps and deploying solutions in Cloud and On-Prem environments
