DevSecOps Security Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Security Engineer to take ownership of cloud security, application security, and secure development processes.

In this hands-on role, you will work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to identify vulnerabilities, implement security solutions, and strengthen the organization's overall security posture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement security processes across Cloud and DevOps environments.
• Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities in collaboration with development teams.
• Integrate security tools and controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Secure cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
• Develop and implement Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) strategies to protect sensitive data.
• Strengthen Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps, Application Security, or Security Operations.
• Strong experience securing AWS cloud environments.
• Solid knowledge of IAM, CSPM, and application security principles.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management and secure development practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with DevOps and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and GDPR is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken - mandatory
