Cloud Security Engineer

We are hiring a Cloud Security Engineer for a leading and well-known healthcare organization located in central Israel

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of cloud security systems
• Manage the ongoing security environment across multiple public cloud Landing Zones
• Manage changes through secure CI/CD processes, using IaC and Terraform
• Take professional ownership of security systems in the CNAPP, SAST, and SCA categories
• Participate in planning new Landing Zones and strategic cloud migration projects, working with Platform, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Architecture teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems, military technology unit background, or advanced professional courses in the field – mandatory
• 7 years of experience in information security implementation, including 3 years in public cloud environments (Azure is a significant advantage)
• Familiarity with and experience working with cloud architectures in Enterprise organizations
• Experience with cloud security components such as Firewall, API Gateway, WAF, Azure Policy, and APM
• Significant experience writing infrastructure using IaC (Terraform or equivalent), and experience securing Kubernetes environments (AKS / OpenShift), including Network Policies, RBAC, Secrets Management, Image Scanning, and Admission Control
