We are looking for an experienced QA Specialist to join the Quality Assurance team and play a key role in ensuring quality and GMP compliance throughout the manufacturing process.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time QA support and oversight of manufacturing operations in cleanroom environments.

• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, with a focus on aseptic manufacturing processes.

• Review batch records, manufacturing documentation, and equipment status.

• Identify potential quality risks, prevent deviations, and support quality investigations.

• Collaborate closely with Production and other cross-functional teams.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and regulatory inspections.

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related field.

✔ Previous QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

✔ Hands-on experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments, including QA oversight of production activities.

✔ Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing and aseptic processes.

✔ Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
