Technical Project Manager

WediggIT is looking for a curious, organized and technically minded Project Manager to help improve how we work and the systems we build for our customers.

This is a cross-organizational role, working with teams and decision-makers both internally and at customer organizations. You’ll understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn them into clear workflows, feature requirements and practical solutions.

The role suits someone early in their career who enjoys understanding processes, working with people and turning ideas into action.

• Understand needs: Meet with employees and customers, ask questions and identify challenges in their day-to-day work.
• Map and improve workflows: Document existing processes and identify opportunities to simplify work, automate repetitive tasks and make information easier to access.
• Define requirements: Translate needs into clear feature descriptions and actionable work items, including expected behavior and success criteria.
• Coordinate across teams: Bring together relevant stakeholders, clarify open questions and follow work from initial idea through delivery.
• Validate results: Check that solutions address the original need, gather feedback and help teams and customers adopt them.

• A proven foundation in project management, product requirements definition and/or process management: For example, as a final-year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering and Management with an Information Systems track, or through project leadership experience in military service.
• Strong technical understanding: Ability to understand system capabilities and technical concepts, and translate customer and operational needs into actionable requirements.
• Analytical thinking: Ability to break down workflows, identify gaps and organize complex information into clear, practical specifications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Confidence working with teams and decision-makers across the company and at customer organizations.
• Initiative and accountability: Ability to organize your work, clarify open questions and follow tasks through to completion while collaborating with others.
• High proficiency in English: Written and spoken.

Relevant experience may come from studies, military service, internships or previous work. Final-year students and recent graduates in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems or related fields are welcome to apply.

• Experience mapping workflows, defining requirements or coordinating projects.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation or information systems.
• Exposure to IT operations, Apple environments or cloud services.
