Senior RF R&D Engineer

Experienced RF R&D Engineer

We are looking for a talented, experienced, and highly motivated RF R&D Engineer with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in RF hardware development.

The position focuses on the design and development of advanced high-power RF amplifiers (SSPAs), from initial concept and simulation through prototyping, integration, testing, and validation.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in RF hardware design and development.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in RF power amplifier design.
• Strong proficiency in RF simulation tools, such as Keysight ADS or Cadence AWR.
• EM Simulation Experience in HFSS or ADS
• Proficiency in schematic design tools, such as Altium Designer or OrCAD Capture.
• Experience in analog circuit design and SPICE simulations.
• Strong system-level understanding of RF architectures and design trade-offs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
• Proficiency in Lab environment and test equipment
