About Gesher Properties

Gesher Properties is a U.S. real estate investment company with offices in Tel Aviv, specializing in US real estate wholesale, fix and flip and buy and hold strategies. 

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is also a strong Closer to lead our sales operations, manage an existing SDR team, and negotiate and close real estate deals.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role combining sales management, negotiation, and business development.

You'll manage an SDR team supported by AI agents, oversee the sales pipeline, build relationships with U.S. investors, and personally negotiate and close deals.

You're not starting from scratch. We already have consistent deal flow, an established buyer network, a dedicated team, and proven systems. Your job is to take them to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and improve the performance of an existing SDR team.

•⁠ ⁠Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with U.S. real estate investors, close deals, and maximize profitability.

•⁠ ⁠Sales Management: Own the sales pipeline, improve processes, and drive results.

•⁠ ⁠Business Development: Expand our investor network and improve buyer outreach and marketing strategies.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in sales and sales team management.

•⁠ ⁠Strong negotiation and closing skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent spoken English.

•⁠ ⁠Results-driven mindset, leadership skills, and a strong sense of ownership.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with CRM systems, AI tools, and automation.

•⁠ ⁠Previous US real estate experience it's an advantage but not required.

Location & Working Hours

•⁠ ⁠Location: Central Tel Aviv (On-site).

•⁠ ⁠Employment: Full-time.

•⁠ ⁠Schedule: Monday to Friday, aligned with U.S. business hours.
