• Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Hebrew and English speaker Recruiter & Moderator at Nixacom. The role involves sourcing and engaging Hebrew-speaking candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews for technical and operational positions. The Recruiter & Moderator will manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records in recruitment tools, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for all applicants. In addition, the role includes moderating online sessions, meetings, or community interactions in Hebrew and English, ensuring discussions remain respectful, productive, and aligned with Nixacom’s guidelines. The person in this role will collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and support continuous improvement of recruitment and moderation processes.QualificationsStrong recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and pipeline management.
• Excellent Hebrew language skills (spoken and written), with strong English communication abilities for internal collaboration.
• Experience moderating online events, communities, or discussions, with the ability to enforce guidelines and manage sensitive topics professionally.
• Comfort using digital tools such as applicant tracking systems, video conferencing platforms, and collaboration software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet agreed timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an inclusive, respectful approach to communicating with candidates and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Prior experience recruiting for technology, software, or digital product roles is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field is beneficial, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
