Financial Core Systems Project Manager | Modiin | Hybrid

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Financial Core Systems Project Manager for a leading financial organization in Modiin.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex technology projects involving financial core systems from initiation and requirements analysis through development, testing, implementation, and production deployment

Manage collaboration with business and technology stakeholders

Develop project plans, manage timelines and risks, and lead cross-organizational processes while ensuring regulatory compliance

Work with Mainframe (MF) systems, integration interfaces, and banking core systems

Manage projects using Agile methodology

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience managing technology projects in a financial institution, including significant experience with core systems – Mandatory

Experience working with Mainframe (MF) systems in banking and financial environments – Mandatory

In-depth knowledge of financial and operational processes within banking or financial systems

Experience managing cross-organizational projects, integration interfaces, and working with Agile methodology

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, or a related field
