Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary

Resonetics Israel is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the site’s end-to-end Supply Chain function, including production and material planning, procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving and logistics.

As a member of the Israel site management team, the Supply Chain Manager will ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, effective planning and reliable customer delivery while driving cost, lead-time and operational improvements. The role works closely with local functions and Resonetics Global Supply Chain and requires a hands-on manager with strong ownership and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management:

• Lead and develop the local Supply Chain team, setting clear priorities, responsibilities and performance expectations.

• Own site Supply Chain KPIs and proactively manage risks, constraints and actions affecting delivery, inventory and operational performance.

• Partner with site management and Global Supply Chain to align priorities and drive cross-functional execution.

Planning, Procurement & Suppliers:

• Own production and material planning, aligning customer demand with capacity, material availability and inventory objectives.

• Manage procurement activities and buyer resources to ensure continuity of supply, supplier performance and competitive cost.

• Proactively manage shortages, long lead-time items, supplier risks, engineering changes and material obsolescence.

• Support supplier negotiations, sourcing initiatives and intercompany planning in partnership with relevant local and global stakeholders.

Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics:

• Oversee warehouse, receiving, storage, material movement, inventory control, cycle counting and shipping activities.

• Ensure inventory accuracy, ERP transactional discipline, appropriate material traceability and compliance with site procedures.

• Ensure timely customer shipments and intercompany transfers and resolve logistics or material-flow issues.

Continuous Improvement:

• Use ERP systems and data to improve planning, procurement, inventory visibility and decision-making.

• Drive measurable improvements in cost, lead time, inventory, material flow and Supply Chain processes using Lean and continuous-improvement principles.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations or a relevant discipline; equivalent significant experience may be considered.

• 7+ years of progressive Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment, including people-management responsibility.

• Strong experience across production/material planning, procurement and supplier management, inventory control and warehouse/logistics operations.

• Strong ERP and analytical skills; Epicor and/or QAD experience is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving, prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.

• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English and the ability to work effectively with local and global stakeholders.

Strong Advantage

• Experience in medical device manufacturing or another regulated manufacturing environment.

• Experience in a global manufacturing organization and with intercompany material flows.

• APICS / ASCM certification and/or Lean / continuous-improvement experience.
