Upsell & Cross-Sell Sales Specialist (SaaS B2B Sales)

Flashy is an Israeli SaaS company developing an advanced Marketing Automation platform for e-commerce businesses.

Our platform helps brands and online stores increase sales and improve customer retention through marketing automation, email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, advanced customer segmentation, product recommendations, customer reviews, and more.

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist with strong sales skills, initiative, and independence to drive Upsell & Cross-Sell opportunities within our existing customer base.

Important: This is a pure, proactive sales role involving a high volume of cold calls and self-initiated outreach. The position does not involve customer support or ongoing account management.

• Independently identify new sales opportunities within our existing customer base.
• Conduct a high volume of cold calls and proactive outbound outreach.
• Perform qualification calls to identify customer needs and sales potential.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and product demos to objection handling, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
  

• At least 2 years of experience in sales roles – Required.
• Proven experience in cold calling and proactive outbound sales – Required.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, including product demos and closing deals.
• B2B sales experience – Required.
• Experience in SaaS or technology sales – Strong advantage.
• Strong sales skills, independence, assertiveness, and persistence.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  

• 100% remote position – work from home.
• Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00 (Israel time).
