What You Will Be Doing

Leading the technical strategy and architecture for AI initiatives across the company, from LLM-based products to agentic systems

Managing and mentoring a team of AI/ML engineers, including code reviews, technical guidance, and career growth

Making key technology decisions: model selection, tools, frameworks, and infrastructure

Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions

Driving POCs and feasibility assessments for new AI opportunities

Owning the quality, performance, cost efficiency, and security of AI systems in production

Establishing evaluation, monitoring, and guardrail processes for models running in production

Staying ahead of AI trends and bringing relevant innovation into the organization

Your Skills And Experience

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2-3+ years building and shipping ML/AI solutions in production
• 2+ years of Managing a team of AI/ML engineers
• Proven experience building LLM-based solutions (RAG, agents, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience leading a technical team or serving as a senior technical lead
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps practices
• Excellent communication skills, able to align both technical teams and leadership
• High-level English
  
  

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)
• Experience building multi-agent systems
• Academic background in Machine Learning, NLP, or Data Science
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
