Controller

Managing, controlling, and analyzing the company's financial operations regarding international markets. The role involves ongoing work and direct interaction with CEOs, CFOs, and financial counterparts abroad, alongside analyzing business performance and leading periodic financial reporting processes.

The role also entails occasional travel abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Performing financial statement consolidation for subsidiaries and international operations.

• Conducting in-depth analysis of monthly reports, monitoring budget vs. actuals, and identifying financial trends and risks.

• Maintaining ongoing communication, managing interfaces, and working closely with C-level executives (CEOs and CFOs) abroad.

Mandatory Requirements

• Education and Licensing: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting.

• Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Financial Controller in a global company or working with overseas subsidiaries.

• Professional Knowledge: Full proficiency in financial statement consolidation processes and the analysis of complex financial structures.

• Languages: Native or near-native English proficiency (speaking, writing, and reading) – Mandatory.

• Ability to work independently; high level of organization and orderliness in a dynamic environment.
