Network Operations & Control Technician | 24/7 ITOC

A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for a Network Operations & Control Technician with 1–3 years of experience to join its IT Operations & Control (ITOC) team.

This hands-on position is ideal for an early-career IT professional with practical experience in infrastructure monitoring, production operations, and technical troubleshooting who wants to develop their expertise in a complex enterprise environment.

You'll work with critical IT systems, operating systems, virtualization technologies, Kubernetes, network infrastructure, and enterprise monitoring tools while helping maintain operational stability and business continuity.

What You'll Do

• Monitor, operate, and control critical enterprise IT systems and infrastructure
• Identify, investigate, and respond to technical incidents of varying severity
• Coordinate incident resolution with relevant technical teams
• Execute, schedule, and monitor changes in production environments
• Operate and support Windows, Unix, and Linux systems
• Work with virtualization infrastructure and Kubernetes environments
• Support the operation of networking and information security equipment
• Operate enterprise monitoring and control systems
• Assist with the implementation and integration of new systems and technologies
• Provide technical assistance and support to users
• Help maintain the availability and operational continuity of critical IT services

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT Operations, infrastructure monitoring, NOC, ITOC, or a similar technical operations role
• Professional training in IT systems operations and monitoring
• Experience working with enterprise IT systems and infrastructure at a Tier 1 operational support level
• Familiarity with Windows, Unix, and Linux environments
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMs) and Kubernetes
• Understanding of networking infrastructure and information security equipment
• Strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, and take ownership of operational tasks
• Availability for 24/7 shift work, including nights, Fridays, and Saturday evenings

Working Hours

• Full-time position in a 24/7 shift-based operational environment
• Morning, afternoon, and night shifts
• Shift coverage across six days a week, including Fridays and Saturday evenings
