Network Operations & Control Technician | 24/7 ITOC

A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for a Network Operations & Control Technician to join its IT Operations & Control (ITOC) team, responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining critical enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.

This hands-on role combines infrastructure monitoring, production operations, incident management, and technical coordination in a complex enterprise environment.

You'll work with operating systems, virtualization technologies, Kubernetes, network infrastructure, and enterprise monitoring tools while helping ensure the stability and continuity of critical IT services.

What You'll Do

• Monitor, operate, and control critical enterprise IT systems and infrastructure
• Identify, investigate, and handle technical incidents of varying severity
• Coordinate incident resolution with relevant technical teams
• Execute, schedule, and monitor changes in Production environments
• Operate and support Windows, Unix, and Linux systems
• Work with virtualization infrastructure and Kubernetes environments
• Support network infrastructure and information security equipment operations
• Operate enterprise monitoring and control systems
• Assist with the introduction and implementation of new systems and technologies
• Provide technical assistance and support to users
• Help maintain high availability and operational continuity of critical systems

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations, infrastructure monitoring, or a similar technical operations role
• Professional training in IT systems operations and monitoring
• Experience working with IT systems and infrastructure at a Tier 1 operational support level
• Familiarity with Windows, Unix, and Linux environments
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMs) and Kubernetes
• Understanding of networking infrastructure and information security equipment
• Strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, and take ownership of operational tasks
• Availability for 24/7 shift work, including nights, Fridays, and Saturday evenings

Advantages

• Knowledge of Cloud operations

Working Hours

• Full-time position in a 24/7 shift-based operational environment
• Morning, afternoon, and night shifts
• Shift coverage across six days a week, including Fridays and Saturday evenings
