The role combines deep systems engineering in enterprise IP communications with direct involvement in highly confidential defense projects.

Operating on an on-site model, the position divides operational time between the company's central offices and a premier defense installation in the Central District directly adjacent to primary train transit.

Role Description

• Serving as a Lead IP-Telephony & VoIP Solutions Engineer / Systems Integration Lead, driving complex, mission-critical communications projects from initial architecture and characterization through to deployment, deep-dive testing, and operational lifecycle support.
• Operating as the technical authority across sophisticated, secure communications environments, collaborating directly on-site at a central defense installation alongside company headquarters.
• Leading end-to-end configuration, integration, and performance hardening of enterprise-scale VoIP / IP-Telephony infrastructures and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) systems.
• Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise Session Border Controllers (Oracle SBC) to guarantee high-security voice boundaries and route resilience.
• Conducting deep-packet network diagnostics, protocol tracing, and latency/jitter analysis across complex local and wide-area networks using Wireshark and Postman.
• Managing system components deployed across virtualized and containerized environments (VMware, Docker) on both Linux and Windows Server platforms.
• Partnering cross-functionally with security officers, network engineers, and defense stakeholders to maintain absolute reliability and strict compliance with defense security standards.

Requirements-

• Active Israeli Security Clearance (Level 2 / סיווג 2 ומעלה בתוקף) – Mandatory
• Proven background working within defense enterprises, intelligence agencies, or classified defense contractors – Mandatory
• At least 5 years of proven hands-on experience in the deployment, configuration, and administration of enterprise VoIP / IP-Telephony systems – Mandatory
• Proven track record as a technical lead in large-scale IP-Telephony / VoIP system integrations – Mandatory
• Solid, hands-on experience implementing CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) systems bridging telephony fabrics with core enterprise IT platforms – Mandatory
• Deep, authoritative protocol mastery of SIP, along with comprehensive knowledge of core networking protocols: Ethernet, IP, TCP, UDP, DHCP, NTP, DNS, HTTP – Mandatory
• Practical, hands-on production experience configuring and managing Oracle SBC (Session Border Controller) – Mandatory
• Strong technical proficiency operating across diverse infrastructures: VMware, Docker, SQL, Linux, and Windows Server – Mandatory
• Advanced diagnostic mastery using traffic and API analysis tools, including Wireshark and Postman – Mandatory
• Full-time commitment to an on-site setup divided between central offices and a defense facility in the Central District – Mandatory
• Fluent professional communication in Hebrew and English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
