IDM/IAM Systems Analyst | Jerusalem

Mertens Malam Team is hiring an IDM/IAM Systems Analyst for a government organization in Jerusalem.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and design existing and new critical, cross-organizational infrastructure systems as part of a unified authentication and Identity Management (IDM/IAM) project

Lead complex systems analysis from project initiation through deployment and ongoing maintenance

Investigate and map existing systems, gather and analyze business and technical requirements, and prepare functional and technical specification documents

Support development, integration, testing, and implementation processes

Analyze system issues and develop comprehensive technical solutions

Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders in a complex, multi-interface environment

Work with Agile methodology, Oracle and SQL databases, and AWS and GCP cloud environments

Requirements:

At least 6 years of experience in systems analysis for complex technology projects, including infrastructure and cross-organizational systems

At least 4 years of team management experience

Experience developing and implementing cross-organizational methodologies for systems analysis and specification, including writing functional and technical documentation

Experience working with Agile methodology

Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases

Familiarity with AWS and GCP cloud environments and IDM/IAM identity and access management systems – Significant Advantage
