Senior Systems Analyst | Enterprise Information Systems

A leading organization in Central Israel is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to lead the analysis and design of complex enterprise information systems, translating business needs into comprehensive functional and technical solutions.

This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, users, management, and technology teams throughout the system development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, and implementation.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and define business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Prepare comprehensive system analysis and design documentation
• Model business processes, workflows, and data structures
• Define system interfaces, integrations, and data flows between enterprise applications
• Work with databases to support system analysis and solution design
• Collaborate with business users, managers, development teams, and QA professionals
• Support development, testing, implementation, and system integration activities
• Coordinate requirements and technical solutions across multiple stakeholders
• Lead complex analysis tasks and contribute to end-to-end system solutions

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in Systems Analysis
• Proven experience working directly with business users and organizational management
• Hands-on experience writing detailed functional and technical specifications
• Experience in business process modeling, data modeling, and system interface design
• Experience working with databases
• Strong understanding of enterprise information systems and system development processes
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to independently lead complex tasks and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
