About the Role

Rigaku Semiconductor Instruments (RSI) is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our Engineering department.

You will ensure continuous, smooth and optimized production operations. You will be the technical authority and product expert on the production floor, and a key technical bridge between Production and the rest of the organization (Development, Quality and Supply Chain).

Reports to: Engineering Manager

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering & Management
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Manufacturing, Process or NPI Engineer in a complex, multidisciplinary manufacturing environment (metrology, semiconductor or advanced industrial printing systems preferred)
• Proven experience writing Work Instructions and manufacturing procedures, and defining routings
• Hands-on experience leading and implementing ECOs, opening NC reports and managing MRB processes
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Priority is a significant advantage) and familiarity with MES
• Very high level of English (reading, writing and technical speaking)
