Role Description-

• Serving as a Mechanical / Product & Process Engineer, joining the engineering group to provide technical leadership and manufacturing support across active production lines and new product initiatives.
• Leading hands-on engineering troubleshooting, root-cause failure analysis, and ongoing continuous improvement (Kaizen/CIP) for high-precision mechanical components and automated production processes.
• Driving multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept through design, tooling, qualification, and industrial scale-up, collaborating closely with local manufacturing teams and international stakeholders.
• Evaluating and optimizing manufacturing workflows, cycle times, yield rates, and tolerances to ensure compliance with strict aerospace, automotive, and industrial quality standards.
• Championing the integration of modern AI-assisted productivity and engineering tools to optimize documentation, process analysis, and technical problem-solving.
• Partnering cross-functionally across the entire plant—bridging R&D, Quality, Machining, Assembly, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Materials & Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on engineering experience – Mandatory
• Strong technical curiosity, hands-on mechanical orientation, and demonstrated ability to take end-to-end task ownership – Mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and collaborative approach with shop-floor technicians, operators, and cross-functional teams – Mandatory
• Strong orientation and enthusiasm for adopting AI-based tools and technologies to enhance engineering productivity – Mandatory
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
