A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join its technology team and lead the analysis and design of enterprise information systems.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of business processes, system architecture, data, and technology, collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA professionals to deliver comprehensive system solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead requirements gathering and systems analysis for complex enterprise applications
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Design system workflows, business processes, and data models
• Define interfaces, integrations, and data flows between information systems
• Analyze database structures and support data-related solution design
• Work closely with business users, management, development teams, and QA professionals
• Support development, testing, integration, and implementation processes
• Identify dependencies, analyze technical requirements, and coordinate solutions across multiple systems
• Independently lead complex analysis activities throughout the system development lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in Systems Analysis
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and organizational management
• Strong experience writing detailed functional and technical specifications
• Hands-on experience in business process modeling, data modeling, and system interface design
• Experience working with databases
• Strong understanding of enterprise information systems and software development processes
• Ability to independently lead complex analysis tasks and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with insurance systems or within the insurance industry
