Projects and Marketing Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Marketing & Projects Manager to join Mars Media Group and lead marketing initiatives, cross-company projects, content and brand development across the group. This is a full-time, on-site position, reporting directly to the COO.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role combining digital marketing, project management, content creation, and technology. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and AI-savvy, with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to drive multiple initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company's digital presence, including LinkedIn, websites, blogs, and other relevant channels.
• Create and publish content, including articles, website content, company updates, and thought leadership materials. Lead initiatives to improve the company's online visibility.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets to support the different business units.
• Manage and improve the company’s different websites, funnels, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.
• Lead and manage cross-company projects from concept to execution and launch, leveraging advanced AI tools to organize, coordinate, and drive projects forward, while overseeing implementation and ensuring successful delivery.
• Manage priorities, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple projects, ensuring effective execution.
• Use AI tools to support project implementation, content development, and process improvement.
• Improve workflows and processes, and identify opportunities to leverage technology and AI to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, digital marketing, content management, or a related role.
• Strong practical experience with advanced AI tools, including using them to organize, coordinate, and lead projects, streamline workflows, and drive implementation of AI-based solutions.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving initiatives from planning through execution.
• Hands-on experience in content creation, website optimization and digital marketing.
• High AI literacy, practical experience with AI tools, and familiarity with Claude Code or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English, at a native or equivalent level, and extensive experience working in international environments.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems and tools independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong teamwork, and a proactive, self-driven approach.
• Experience creating project requirements, user flows, or structured project documentation.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in technology and continuous learning.

Advantages:

• Experience in AdTech, digital advertising, MarTech, SaaS, or a related technology environment.
