The Mamram Alumni Association brings together tens of thousands of alumni from the IDF’s technology units, building on a legacy that began in 1959. Its network includes graduates trained at Basmach and veterans of Mamram, the C4I & Cyber Defense Directorate’s software centers, Ofek, Maftech, Unit 8200 and other technological units across the IDF. By connecting people, creating opportunities and accelerating technology entrepreneurship, the Association empowers its alumni to shape Israel’s tech industry and build a better future together.

Role Description

• Part-time, hybrid role (50%–80%) based in Tel Aviv.
• Manage two acceleration programs for early-stage startups, primarily in AI Infrastructure, Cyber and Data, from startup recruitment and selection through program delivery.
• Manage program timelines, activities and daily operations.
• Coordinate program sessions, meetings and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, mentors, investors and ecosystem partners.
• Identify founders’ needs and connect them with relevant people and resources.
• Keep business partners aligned and ensure plans turn into action.
• Manage additional entrepreneurship-related events and projects.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a natural leader who enjoys working with people, takes ownership and is passionate about innovation, technology and entrepreneurship. We’re looking for someone who rallies people around a goal, finds a way forward when others see roadblocks, and brings the resourcefulness and determination to make things happen.

Qualifications:

• Strong program and project management skills, including planning, organizing, coordinating activities and tracking progress.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with founders, mentors and partners.
• Ownership, initiative and the ability to work independently and follow through.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• A passion for innovation, technology and entrepreneurship.
• Availability for a 50%–80% position.
• A bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Leadership experience as an officer in a combat role, or comparable experience leading teams in demanding environments, is an advantage.
