We are seeking an experienced M&A Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, investment opportunities, and corporate development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business development initiatives, market research, and financial forecasting.
• Conduct company valuations, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
• Support investment and acquisition processes.
• Identify and drive business expansion opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on growth, innovation, and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Law.
• 3-5 years of experience in investments, financial analysis, business development, and project management.
• Strong valuation, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with international markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
