Cyber NCS (CyberOM) delivers managed security services to organizations: 24/7 SOC, managed detection and response (MDR/XDR), email security, backup and security management, on a monthly per-endpoint subscription. The service runs on Acronis, Check Point Harmony and Perception Point.

The role

• Direct sales to Israeli organizations of 50–300 endpoints: manufacturing, logistics, finance, healthcare, public sector.

• Hunter role: prospecting, outreach, meetings, proposal, close.

• Most deals replace an incumbent provider.

• Reports directly to the CEO.

• Target: first signed customer within 120 days.

Who fits

• 3+ years of direct cyber or managed-IT sales to organizations, with verifiable closes.

• An active network of IT managers, CISOs and CEOs in organizations of this size.

• Closed deals where the customer replaced an incumbent. Not inbound, not renewals.

• Native-level Hebrew, working English.
