Technical Customer Success Lead

Envoid develops mobile cyber defense technology for government and defense organizations. We're looking for someone who combines technical skills with the ability to build trusted customer relationships and wants to shape our Customer Success & Support function from the ground up.

You'll own the customer journey from deployment and training to ongoing adoption and success, resolve technical challenges, and bring insights from the field directly into our product development.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership, close collaboration with company leadership, and the opportunity to grow the function as we scale (and we scale fast)

What you bring:

• Professional experience in BOTH cybersecurity and the defense sector is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to work with demanding international customers.
• Experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, TAM, or technical implementation.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and deployment skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
