Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in end-to-end web development. The ideal candidate specializes in Java backend, SQL databases, and modern React frontend — and brings strong system thinking, a commitment to code quality, and the ability to lead complex feature development in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end feature development — from design and specification through production deployment
• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs in Java, including business logic and third-party integrations
• Develop interactive, high-performance React UIs integrated with Java-based backends
• Work with distributed Microservices architectures
• Design database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and optimize performance
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Perform code reviews, refactoring, and infrastructure upgrades
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and improve team productivity

Requirements

• 3+ years with Proven hands-on experience in Full Stack development
• Strong Java development skills — REST APIs, business logic, Microservices
• Proficiency in React — components, Hooks, State Management
• Solid SQL knowledge — MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, Stored Procedures, query optimization
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong system thinking and ability to combine performance, code quality, and UX
