Full Stack Developer

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced full-stack developer to join us in building vHive's Digital Twin Platform, which enables our customers to navigate and interact with their 3D digital twin portfolios, inspect drone imagery, create CAD/BIM simulations, gain portfolio insights, and more. In this role, you will:

• Develop across the full technology stack, from backend microservices and data pipelines to interactive 3D visualizations in the frontend.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player within a multidisciplinary environment, taking end-to-end ownership: from early problem definition and close alignment with product teams to production deployment.
• Deliver impactful work quickly to customers while solving complex, interdisciplinary challenges that frequently extend beyond your core domain.
• Leverage AI agents throughout the software development lifecycle while maintaining complete code accountability and a thorough understanding of overall system design and architecture.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience, with real ownership of production web applications and senior-level technical responsibilities.
• Strong backend experience in a production-grade ecosystem. Java with Spring Boot and Python is what we use and is a significant plus; strong Node.js/TypeScript or Python experience with willingness to work in Java is equally welcome.
• Experience designing well-defined APIs and working with distributed or event-driven systems.
• Working frontend experience with a component-based framework. Angular preferred, React or Vue is fine. Comfortable enough with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS to build and maintain real features.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, responsive design, browser performance, accessibility, and automated testing.
• Solid data modeling skills across relational databases, plus working familiarity with at least one NoSQL, caching, or search technology (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS preferred) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and production observability - logging, metrics, alerting, debugging.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools or coding agents, and the judgment to use them well: how you validate generated code, catch incorrect output, and protect sensitive information.
• Good collaboration and communication skills, and professional fluency in English.
  
  

• Experience building or integrating production AI features using LLM APIs, RAG, tool calling, or agent orchestration (MCP or similar).
• Visualizations and geospatial frameworks : WebGL, Three.js, Cesium.
• Infrastructure as code and GitOps: Terraform, Argo CD, Argo Workflows.
• Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT, WebSockets, or other real-time and event-driven technologies.
• Comfort in Figma and contributing to a design system or shared component library.
• Open-source contributions or an active GitHub presence.
• Interest in drones, robotics, IoT, or mapping.
