Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a builder’s mindset to design, ship, and scale high-impact, AI-native SaaS solutions. In this role, you will tackle complex architectural challenges while holding complete product ownership—from deeply analyzing complex enterprise operations to deploying seamless product experiences into production. Working at the intersection of full-stack engineering, event-driven systems, and autonomous AI agents, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge LLM capabilities and reliable enterprise software.

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Own features across the full product lifecycle—from technical scoping and architecture to deployment, feedback evaluation, and system health tracking.
• AI-Native Engineering: Leverage state-of-the-art coding agents and AI workflows to accelerate architectural scaffolding, automated testing, and development velocity.
• Product & UX Partnership: Collaborate directly with Product, Design, and Customer Success to shape user journeys, clarify ambiguous requirements, and refine complex UI/UX workflows.
• System Design & Reliability: Architect event-driven backend services and real-time streaming mechanisms, balancing rapid release velocity with scalability and fault tolerance.
• Cross-Stack Engineering: Build robust, type-safe APIs and modern client interfaces using a unified TypeScript ecosystem (Node.js, Express, React, PostgreSQL).

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with strong backend depth in Node.js and TypeScript – Mandatory.
• Core Tech Stack Mastery: Deep proficiency with React, TypeScript, Express.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Distributed Systems Fundamentals: Solid conceptual and practical understanding of event-driven architectures, WebSockets, idempotency, and fault-tolerant system design.
• Cloud & DevOps Practice: Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, automated CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
• Product-Minded Orientation: Strong product judgment with a passion for understanding user workflows, business outcomes, and high-polish customer experiences.
