We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented *Junior Ad Operations Specialist *with analytical expertise to support business teams and build insights based on tracking and reporting.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

* Manage and monitor programmatic performance regularly, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our customers
* Provide regular reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for the internal teams with goals, performance, and insights
* Contribute to developing new strategies to improve our performance across the board
* Support and assist the Account Management and Partnerships teams
* Work closely and collaborate with the product team on feature requests, product enhancements, and data analytics reports

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or equivalent
* Proven analytical skills, with high proficiency in MS Excel (Must!)
* Experience in an ad operations role from a global ad-tech company - Adventage
* Excellent written and verbal English for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
* Attention to detail and the ability to quickly master multiple dashboards and tools
* Excellent self-learning capabilities, strong quantitative and analytical skills
