Application Support Engineer

COMBLACK is hiring a Senior Application Support Engineer (Tier 3)!

Join a challenging technical role focused on troubleshooting complex production issues, supporting enterprise web applications, and ensuring system stability and performance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including a strong software development background – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with C# / .NET, preferably .NET Core – Mandatory
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and Stored Procedures – Mandatory
• Experience with IIS, Web/API services, and application servers – Mandatory
• Experience in application log analysis, debugging, and complex production troubleshooting – Mandatory
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and network infrastructure – Mandatory
• Relevant technical education or qualifications – Mandatory
• Experience with SSIS, Control-M, and monitoring tools – Advantage
