Senior Application Support Engineer | Web & Enterprise Applications - 244421

We are looking for an experienced Tier 3 Application Support Engineer with a strong software development background to join our Web & Enterprise Applications Development team.

📍 Location: Bnei Brak / Tel Aviv, Israel

The role involves providing advanced technical support for business-critical enterprise applications, investigating and resolving complex production issues, maintaining web-based systems, analyzing application logs, working with databases, and supporting software deployments and production releases.

You will work closely with Development, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Information Security teams to ensure system stability, reliability, and performance.

Requirements – Must Have

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including a strong background in software development.
• Hands-on development experience with C# / .NET – mandatory; .NET Core is preferred.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and Stored Procedures.
• Experience working with IIS servers and Web Services / APIs.
• Experience with application servers and Microsoft operating systems.
• Good understanding of networking infrastructure and web application architecture.
• Experience analyzing application logs and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Strong debugging skills – mandatory.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation of one week every three weeks, including Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays – mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience in advanced application support and production troubleshooting.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with SSIS / ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Control-M and application monitoring tools.
• Experience using AI tools.
