Account Manager

QATS is seeking a detail-oriented Client Account Manager to oversee trader accounts, manage client relationships, and ensure efficient account operations within our proprietary trading platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage client trading accounts throughout their lifecycle.

* Oversee account activation, verification, status changes, and account-related requests.

* Assist traders with account conditions, evaluation stages, and payout procedures.

* Monitor account activities and ensure compliance with company policies.

* Coordinate with risk management, compliance, and technical support teams.

* Resolve account-related issues and maintain accurate client records.

* Identify opportunities to improve account management processes.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Brokerage Operations, FinTech, or Financial Services.

* Understanding of financial markets, trading accounts, and proprietary trading models.

* Experience with CRM systems and account management tools.

* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.

* Professional English proficiency.
