Avionics Systems Engineer

A leading defense organization is looking for Avionics Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define system requirements, perform requirements analysis, and develop system architecture.
• Prepare system requirements documents, architecture documents, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Lead system design activities, engineering reviews, and integration processes for complex multidisciplinary systems.
• Work closely with hardware, software, electronics, and RF engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and lead cross-functional engineering interfaces.
• Perform hands-on laboratory work, conduct experiments, and use test and measurement equipment.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Approximately 5–15 years of experience in development, systems engineering, or complex system design.
• Proven experience in system design, architecture definition, and system requirements engineering — beyond testing and integration alone.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge in one or more core engineering domains, such as hardware, software, control systems, power supply systems, or electro-optics.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and leading engineering processes.

Advantages:

• Hands-on laboratory experience and system integration expertise.
• Familiarity with test and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, voltmeters, and other standard laboratory instruments.
• Experience in related fields such as propulsion systems, algorithms, or electro-optical systems.
