Role Description-

• Serving as Lead Hardware Board Design Engineer (One-Person Show), reporting directly to the COO, holding full end-to-end technical ownership over the hardware board architecture and development of AI accelerator cards for modern Data Center servers.
• Driving complete board-level lifecycles from initial concept: schematic design, component selection, stack-up definition, layout guidance, simulation, lab Hardware Bring-Up, and system-level debugging.
• Architecting advanced Power Delivery Networks (PDN) and power supply topologies engineered specifically for ultra-low-voltage and high-current/high-power silicon environments.
• Designing complex High-Speed PCBs integrating bleeding-edge interfaces and protocols, including PCIe Gen 6/7, CXL, and high-speed Ethernet (400G–1.6T), ensuring stringent Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) compliance.
• Integrating high-density server hardware into high-power chassis environments, working closely with thermal solutions incorporating Thermal & Liquid Cooling architectures (Cold Plates).
• Collaborating directly with global server ODMs/OEMs, fab vendors, and assembly partners to deliver fully functional, data-center-ready computing platforms.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of dedicated professional hands-on experience in High-Speed Hardware Board Design / PCB Design integrating advanced silicon, processors, or accelerators – Mandatory
• Proven track record designing Server Hardware, Data Center boards, or high-density PCIe add-in cards – Mandatory
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Power Supply / Power Design (PDN), specifically focused on Low Voltage + High Current / High Power domains – Mandatory
• Strong practical experience implementing High-Speed serial interfaces (specifically PCIe; high-speed Ethernet is highly relevant) and ensuring Signal/Power Integrity – Mandatory
• Solid technical proficiency designing boards for demanding thermal environments, with mandatory experience addressing Thermal/Cooling constraints – Mandatory
• Comprehensive lab experience in Hardware Bring-Up, power validation, and high-speed scope/BERT debugging – Mandatory
• Exceptional technical autonomy (ability to operate as a sole board designer), architectural vision, and fluent communication in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
