Information Technology Infrastructure Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and driven Systems & Infrastructure Team Lead to join a leading health organization.

In this role, you will manage and lead a team of System, Infrastructure and DevOps engineers, own the team’s work plan and drive upgrade and system implementation projects across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the System, Infrastructure and DevOps team.
• Own the work plan and lead system upgrade and implementation processes.
• Work closely with Development, Information Security, Monitoring and Project teams.
• Lead DevOps and SecOps processes.
• Handle Tier 4 escalations and resolve complex technical issues.
• Design solutions for hybrid and public cloud environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a technology team, with 4+ years of management experience.
• Experience working in an organization with at least 1,500+ users and 300+ servers.
• Proven professional experience with VMware environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, Active Directory Domain Services and related enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
