We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and hands-on IT Infrastructure Team Lead to lead our technical infrastructure team.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership capabilities and extensive experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and implementing complex IT environments.

This position requires someone who can lead a team, take ownership of critical technical issues, and independently handle advanced infrastructure challenges.

• Lead, mentor, and professionally develop a team of IT infrastructure engineers.
• Manage daily technical operations, task prioritization, escalations, and service quality.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize complex customer infrastructure environments.
• Manage virtualization, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and security technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure incidents and performance issues.
• Lead infrastructure deployments, migrations, upgrades, and modernization projects.
• Design and implement new IT environments and solutions.
• Maintain high standards of availability, security, performance, and documentation.
• Work closely with customers, internal teams, and technology vendors.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, technical best practices, and service-level commitments.

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise system administration.
• Previous team leadership or direct management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, and Nutanix.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft infrastructure services.
• Practical experience administering Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls, including one or more of:
• Fortinet FortiGate/Check Point/Palo Alto Networks
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise network switches, including:
• HPE/Aruba/Cisco/Juniper
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities, technical ownership, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer-facing skills.

• Proven ability to design, deploy, and configure complete enterprise infrastructure environments from scratch.
• Experience with multiple virtualization platforms.
• Experience administering Linux servers.
• Experience with Microsoft System Center (SCVMM, SCOM).
• PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with enterprise storage systems and clustering technologies.
• Experience in IT integration companies, managed services, or multi-customer environments.
