A leading organization in Central Israel is seeking a talented Software Engineer to develop automation solutions, improve development infrastructure, and contribute to modern DevOps and platform engineering initiatives.

This role combines hands-on software development with automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native technologies. It is ideal for an engineer who enjoys writing code, solving complex technical challenges, and building reliable tools and processes that support software development and delivery.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions and automation tools
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery processes
• Develop scripts, tools, and integrations to streamline development and operational workflows
• Work with containerized applications and orchestration technologies
• Collaborate with software development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of development environments
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across software and infrastructure components
• Support the implementation of modern development practices and automation processes
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve engineering productivity
• Contribute to technical design, code quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on professional experience in software development
• Experience developing automation solutions, scripts, or internal engineering tools
• Practical knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD processes
• Experience working with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, version control, and automated deployment processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Strong coding skills and a software engineering mindset
