Head of Legal / VP Legal

Location: Central Israel | On-site

We are seeking an experienced legal professional for a senior, hands-on in-house legal position.

The role involves broad legal responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on commercial agreements, negotiations, and providing practical legal guidance to business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Provide legal advice and support on commercial and corporate matters.
• Support business negotiations and strategic initiatives.
• Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and legal matters.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel.
• Develop and maintain legal documentation, contract templates, and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Qualified attorney with 7–10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Previous in-house legal experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with international commercial agreements.
• Strong business acumen and practical commercial judgment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
