Engineering & Validation Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry (3971)

An established global pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced Engineering & Validation Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, and validation activities at its site in Kiryat Gat.

This is a hands-on management role, combining overall responsibility for engineering operations with active involvement in day-to-day technical activities on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering, maintenance, calibration, and validation activities.
• Manage the maintenance team and external contractors.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot engineering and maintenance issues.
• Develop and manage work plans, schedules, budgets, and purchasing activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain site licenses and permits.

Requirements:

• Practical Engineering diploma or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on engineering experience working with cleanrooms in the pharmaceutical industry – MUST.
• Experience in maintenance and engineering operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and management capabilities.
• Willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day operations and technical problem-solving.
• Good command of Hebrew and English.
