Heyy builds AI employees for businesses that get more customer messages than their team can answer. At Heyy the AI is the worker, not an add-on to a team of agents. It answers on the website chatbot, WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, Facebook and email, around the clock, in the customer's language. It books the appointment, checks the order, collects the documents, and hands the conversation to a human whenever one is needed. More than 300 businesses in Israel, the UK, Spain and the US run on Heyy, among them Electra, Assuta Clinics and Ben-Gurion University.

The role

Heyy grows through partners: automation agencies, digital agencies, software houses, consultants and automation trainers who already build on n8n, Make or Zapier, or set up WhatsApp and chat for their clients. They bring Heyy to their clients and earn a recurring share of every client's payment, for as long as the client stays. Partners sign up every week in Israel, Europe, the UK and the US. You own all of it: the partners we have, the partners we want, and the platforms they build on.

Full time, on site in Tel Aviv (Sarona). You report to the VP Sales. This can be your first or second job. We teach you the product and the playbook.

What you will do

- Welcome every new partner in their first week: one training session, their tracking link in hand, a first client picked together and live within 30 days.

- Speak with every active partner every week. Hear what they need, what their clients ask, and what gets in their way. Bring it back to the team.

- Nudge the quiet partners, and run a webinar or a joint post with the ones that deliver.

- Find new partners everywhere they are: LinkedIn, the n8n, Make and Zapier directories, Clutch, Facebook and WhatsApp automation groups, and conferences. Close on a training session and a first client, not on a polite yes.

- Build partnerships with the platforms themselves: get Heyy listed in the n8n, Make and Zapier marketplaces and partner programs, the Meta partner directory, and the app stores of the CRMs our customers use. Know the partner teams at each one by name.

- Build the sales kit partners ask for, with marketing: one pager, demo video, deck, in the partner's language.

- The partner terms are set. You explain them; nobody has to haggle.

- Keep Attio and Dub clean: every partner, every client they brought, every question answered the same day.

- Travel to partner events in Europe a few times a year.

What success looks like

The partners we already have bring more clients. You are in weekly contact with each of them and their feedback reaches the team the same week. And the partner list keeps growing while you do it.

Who we are looking for

- You like talking to people all day: calls, WhatsApp, events.

- Hebrew and English, fluent in speech and writing. A third language is an advantage.

- You pick up tools fast. If you have played with n8n, Make, Zapier or any chatbot builder, tell us.

- Any experience in sales, customer success, community or partnerships helps. None is also fine if you can show us you learn fast.

- You answer within the day and deliver what you promised.

- You can explain something clearly in a two minute video.
