We're Hiring – Red Team Specialist

CYFORCE Cyber Security is looking for a talented and motivated Red Team Specialist to join our offensive security team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Penetration Testing and/or Red Team operations.
• Strong experience in internal and external infrastructure penetration testing.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory attacks and exploitation techniques.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with Privilege Escalation, Lateral Movement, and Post-Exploitation.
• Proficiency with offensive security tools such as Cobalt Strike, BloodHound, Impacket, Metasploit, and Burp Suite.
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, security controls, and attack methodologies.
• Ability to work independently, think creatively, and deliver professional technical reports.

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, CRTP, or OSEP.
