Senior System Analyst (AI & Workflow Automation)

📌 About the Role

In this position, you will play a central role in analyzing client requirements and defining solutions to replace legacy/distributed systems with a unified, end-to-end process management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Needs Analysis & Solution Design: Analyze business requirements, define implementation strategies, and present optimal technical alternatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, UX/UI designers, Infrastructure teams, Account Managers, and business leads.
• End-to-End Documentation: Author comprehensive requirement documents, characterization specs, test plans, and data migration guidelines.
• Testing & Handover: Conduct delivery acceptance testing and participate in data migration processes.
• Support & Training: Serve as Tier 2/Tier 3 support for user queries/issues, lead system onboarding, and conduct user training.
• Innovation & Market Assessment: Evaluate existing products/technologies against client needs to maximize efficiency.

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

Threshold Requirements (Mandatory):

• Education: Relevant academic degree from a recognized institution / Practical Engineer diploma / Graduate of a IDF technological unit (e.g., Mamram) / Relevant professional certifications in System Analysis.
• Experience: At least 6+ years of hands-on experience as a System Analyst.
• Project Scale: Proven participation in analyzing at least 2 large-scale projects (minimum 2 man-years of development effort each).
• Lifecycle Experience: Proven experience accompanying products/projects across their entire lifecycle.
• Development Collaboration: Solid experience working directly with software developers and tech teams.

Technical & Methodology Requirements:

• Agile Expertise: Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Agile environments, including crafting precise User Stories and managing Product Backlogs.
• Tools Proficiency: Minimum 2 years of hands-on mastery with Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools) for requirements management and documentation.
• AI & Innovation: Proven experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., LLMs) to accelerate spec writing, streamline documentation, and optimize workflows.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of API specification and practical ability to write SQL queries for data retrieval (Strong Advantage).

• Strong holistic system vision and proven ability to lead interfaces and stakeholders.
